What do we collect
We collect two types of information, Personal Information and Non-Personal Information.
We collect the following Personal Information. This is collected when you sign up with us and when you use the SYMFIX service.
- Your social handle/name when you logged in via Twitter, Facebook or Google+
- Your email address (which we get from your social login)
- The date when you created your account
- If you signed up to our news letter
- When you logged in
- The information you entered when using our on-line forms
None of the information above is shared in any shape or form (sold, rented or traded) with other services.
- Your IP address
Your IP address is anonymised and shared with an analytics service. It cannot be directly linked back to you.
We also collect Non-Personal Information. This is collected when you sign up and when you use the SYMFIX service.
- What device you logged in with
- The device's operating system (Windows, macOS, Linux, etc.)
- Browser type (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc.)
How do we use Personal Information?
We collect and use your Personal Information to:
- To set up your user account
- To personalize user experience
- Provide our service

Where do we store Personal Information?
Your data is stored inside the European Economic Area. We are not transferring any Personal Information outside the European Economic Area.
How do we secure Personal Information?
We use industry standard practice for data collection, storage and processing and we have security measures in place to protect against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction of your Personal Information.
Only limited SYMFIX staff can access the data. All information exchange between our website and yourself is encrypted over an SSL secured communication channel but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
How long do we keep your Personal Information?
We keep all your campaign data as long as your account is actively being used. If your account has become inactive (i.e. you have not logged in for the last two years) and your badges have not been used, we will contact you on how you want to proceed.
You have the right to access your own Personal Information. You can correct and delete your account and withdraw your consent. If you want a copy of your data, please contact us at email@example.com.
Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer's hard drive.
